I don’t normally put testimonials on the blog, but this was such a lovely reply that I thought it should go on
Chris & I got married in Nov, 2011 and hired John Taylor to be our wedding photographer. I must say, what a hard task it is to choose your photographer! When you look at the websites, all of the professionals seem good, and it is really hard to distinguish what will work for you on that day. With many other aspects of a big wedding day, you can do tests, you can try - but with the photographer you can’t really. It’s based on trust. That on that one day, on that special day, he will be able to capture the really nice shots of a very special moment in your life. And this is how we felt. John had been highly recommended by a friend of ours, who also hired him for her day and she was extremely happy with the results. So we met John some weeks prior to the wedding and we felt the sincerity, the enthusiasm and the professionalism - the bond of trust was there. And we were right. The pictures taken of our wedding were fantastic. Beautiful. Every detail was captured, every moment registered in time and all in total discreteness. Just perfect! Thank you John and the team for making our day so unforgettable.
Warm regards,
Alice & Chris
An Autumn wedding in Twickenham on the 5th November with Alice and Chris. The promised rain thankfully stayed away and we managed to get some lovely shots.
Technically another difficult wedding with very low light for most of the shots. Virtually no ambient light in the church and the post church ceremony shots and portraits were basically taken at night! (5.00 ish for the portraits) Thank goodness for D3’s, fast lenses, and off camera flash!

Felicty & Simon - 17th September 2011, Chiswick House
Despite a few showers most of the day passed off without rain, and we were lucky enough that when it cleared up we were able to shoot the large group shot outside on the steps of the very beautiful Chiswick House, (which was good because I didn’t fancy shooting it inside!)
Testimonial from Simon
“As with most couples we wanted our wedding day to be perfect and the best day of our life. Not only did the day live up to our expectations but thanks to John through his photography we have the perfect record of the day as well. John captured all the key formal moments but more than that was able to capture the true essence of the day of love and fun, and many special moments we would otherwise have never seen.
John was very discrete, professional and never intrusive. He was always on hand both before the ceremony and into the evening. John took many amazing photos, and whilst I always new those of my wife would be stunning, he even managed to get a couple decent ones of me as well!
I would fully recommend John and Taylor Bingham Photography as the level of service and quality is second to none.”

The wedding of Cayetana Brown and Salman Ali at The Great Hall, Berkeley Castle, Berkeley, Gloucestershire.
“The wedding pictures that Ashley shot without doubt captured our happiness and sense of intimacy on the day. Ashley felt like part of the family as he took candid shots of the guests and ourselves. He balanced natural shots with many of the formal shots we wanted on the day along with the spontaneous fun ones that made our day memorable. He was a delight to work with and I would use him time and time again to capture any special occasion.”

“Thank you so much for making a special day so much more memorable. From the outset your service has been remarkably warm, friendly and professional. You took the time to understand what we wanted from our photos. On the day you put us at ease and were able to capture the magic of our day in an unobtrusive way. The finished proofs provide us with a problem. We have so many beautiful photos its so hard to choose which ones to put in the album!
It has certainly impressed us both how the intimacy of our day is reflected in the photographs and also how our family joy is represented so well.
We will recommend you highly to all our family and friends.”

There is also a 12”x12” Zen lay flat Asuka book with black slip case, a 11x8 Asuka Book with red slip case, a 25x35 Graphistudio with polished metal cover and another small Graphis with a die cut leather cover.

Amazing snow and haw frost on the trees in Great Hampden. Unfortuntely, it was -3C! So not too much time spent outside!
